out a copy of my work orders that I posted earlier and show it to them?

I can not believe the BS some dealers try to lay on a customer.

It took my dealer three weeks to get the new parts in. when they came in, I dropped the car off in the morning
and had it back that same afternoon. It was no big deal swapping things out. One thing to check before you leave...
make sure the exhaust is centered properly after they rehang it.
