You can download the manual and it will show you pictures. There are 4-6 clips holding the top piece on the top area of the windshield which is where you start. Strart at the drivers side corner the area closer to the roof. There is a clip a couple of inches from the cvorner. There are hard plastic tools that you can buy that will not scratch anything or if you use a butter knife and pop the first clip the rest will come off one by one in the same manner. Kind of think of your left hand palm down thumb toward the roof moving your thumb side upward toward the front of the car. Good luck.
