***sigh*** I know, that sucks. But on the PLUS side , working on this car is fairly easy in that it forces me to really take a good look under the hood and realize that most of the maintenance just requires some basic patience and an awareness that I can do the same job a mechanic at a Chrysler and/or MB dealership for a lot less. (yes, I do work on my car).

But I also knew all about issues about this car before I bought one, about the is-it-American-or-German, who will take care of maintenance/warranty issues, and the fact that a lot of 'experts' hate that they cannot pigeon-hole this car in any niche were all reasons that I went out of my way to get one.

Haven't regretted a single big-blindspot, premium-fuel-needing, giant tire moment...


Now if I can only figure out how to get in and out of this car gracefully....
