Default Re: 0-60 Times for Crossfire

no in a 1/4 mile race you receive ( from the track on a time slip) this was my time slip--------
1. your reaction time(the timefrom whenthe light turns green till you go.) .018
2. 60' (the time it takes you to go 60 feet) in seconds ------------------1.81
3. 330 feet( the time it takes you to go 330') in seconds----------------5.193
4. 1/8 mile ( the time it takes you to go 1/8 mile) in seconds--------------7.9
5. your 1/8 mph ( speed at 1/8 mile)-------------------------------------87.61
6. 1000' your time it takes you to go 1000 feet) in seconds--------------10.384
7. your ET ( time it takes you to go 1/4 mile) in seconds-----------------12.402
8. your speed (at the end of the 1/4 mile)--------------------------------111.11
you see the 0 to 60 is calculated by people we don't know but the 60' is done by our members of all forums at the drag strip and car magazines when they test most cars.to get the 0 to 60 on my car i would have to read it somewhere or go on a long street and with a stop watch time it. this is why i said 60' may be better,, jim
