UPDATE:
Great news.......
I spoke with Steve Plunkett today.
He said that since the Crossfire is such a "sporty and unique" car, it is exempt from the usual show car eligibility restrictions....(1985 and older models - unless approved by Steve Plunkett).
He said he was pleased to have us join his show again.
I told him we will have a variety of Crossfires in attendance: N/A, Supercharged, Coupes, Verts and even an AMG powered, Supercharged V8!!!!! (Beaner you better show up)
Steve said that due to the number of showcars...over 3,000, and the very fast paced move-in of the cars, he does not hold specific areas for cars or clubs. Like last year, he has suggested that we all congregate off site and proceed in convoy to one of his three entrances. This is the only way he can ensure that we are all kept together. Steve said the earlier we get there, the better area we get. Keep in mind that the best areas are near his paddock and salon/museum. The later we arrive the further back we are. Gates open at 7:00AM for Showcars.
