I might come to Cayuga and take some videos and pics.
I am not running though, too old and careful for that.

Ah thats what you say now but like me, you may have a 'mid-life' change of focus and decide to do a few runs. My wife has said she will not be a passenger on any runs and will watch from the stands and I said thats fine she can take it down the strip herself........I'm hoping she doesnt decide to play my bluff.

I am way past a mid life crisis.
I drove my old Concorde faster than I have gone in this one, did 160kph + up Hwy 69 until the wife said I was going too fast. A boring Hwy and I wanted it to end.
That's a big fine, license suspension and car towed offense these days.

That was nearly 20 years ago, mid life crisis time.

You will change your mind. One look at our lack of experience and the excitement from our failure through the lense of your Nikon D5000, Your lack of reaction time and hesitation to press the peddal half way down will get you down the track better than us spin happy young go getters!

Everyone is welcome. No times are consistant other than bluecoupe's 15 sec limited. I am anywhere from 11's to 14's, Sparkie is all over the place also. No experience needed.

Hopefully they will run a Test & Tune on a Saturday in early spring. We'll have to watch their website for the 2013 schedule. Can't wait !!!

Actually my reflexes are pretty good, a guy at the legion was amazed that I caught his beer bottle in mid air when he knocked it off the bar.
Maybe they only work well when beer could get wasted.

Got you beat on that one Dave. The week after I got my 2002 Concorde Limited, I saw 115 MPH ( 185 KPH ), needless to say, the wife WAS NOT present for this occasion

Lynda and I are thinking about going this year, we were out of the CF loop in Ontario all last season, and have never been able to make this event!

We may book a Hotel this week as we would like to attend 2 days!

Sounds like one of the best car shows in Canada!
