Default 2016 Calendar of events ONTARIO CROSSFIRE OWNERS OCO

2016 Crossfire calendar of events

Well here it is! With the help of many members, we have create the 1st ever calendar of events/cruises for the year. Please feel free to add more suggested tours/gathering etc. Please send me the detail of the event you wish to add. The more events we have the more opportunity for everyone to participate in at least a few activities. For those planning a tour or event (CAPTAIN) for the 1st time I suggest a dry run to help with making sure rest room break, lunches break, travel time etc. This will help you determine if you have allowed enough time for your event.

PLEASE NOTE all event require you to RSVP ASAP as most times there is limited hotel availability but also we need to know for: meals, restaurants, hotels, cars scheduling, parking space, traveling logistics etc.… Example, the Tail Of The Dragon require hotel reservations 4 months ahead as the lodge has limited space and over 100 Crossfire owners show up. If you need help in determining the time frame to RSVP the sooner the better or contact one of the listed CAPTAIN of events listed below for details. We are here to help.

Some events share the same days this is due to not everyone can make certain trips for distance or whatever reasons, therefore the committee added optional closer activities. Also note: trip to the USA require a valid passport so check the expiry date on your passports ASAP. Suggested additional medical insurance can be purchase thru CAA or check with your private medical provider for proper coverage before entering the USA.

We had a great time at the Potter Settlement winery where Maggie and Michael (our tour ambassador) Norm Da Judge , John G, Tony G and Rosie, Sandra and Glenn, Mario and Flo, Bryan and Diane all enjoyed exploring great local Ontario wines. We then convoyed to Glen and Sandra's for an outstanding Bbq. What perfect weather to a perfect day.
