Tony did Hotel block off rooms for us? I'm trying to book Friday to Sunday online and it says Friday 14th is not available.

Same issue with me. I'm actually on the phone with them now and they don't have CICCI listed for any room block. Still on hold, she's checking but it doesn't sound good.

 

Gang, if we don't get this issue with reservations at the hotel resolved we have a lot of problems. I left a message with the Sales manager who handles the car club group reservations and she isn't in until Tomorrow. Tony, it would be good to hear back from you regarding this issue.


I've checked other hotels and there may be some room availability here and there but it's all pretty expensive. We may loose people / attendance if this isn't rectified.

 

Ray is on it. We had the same issue a few years ago. Someone at the hotel dropped the ball and did not block out rooms for us.

 

So, I just spoke with Nicole Miller at the Hampton. After some dialog and digging, we did determine that there are rooms blocked (hence not currently available or releasable) for that weekend but she needs the block confirmation signed and sent back to her by Ray. Once that happens, we can begin to make reservations for the weekend under what ever name / code determined for our club. Stay tuned. She said she will call me back to notify me when that's done so I can make reservations.


Ray or Tony, you may want to make this know to those who may be wondering about this.

We have 20 rooms blocked will be getting the club code tomorrow. Nicole is out today.

 

You can make your hotel reservation by calling the hotel direct at 717-691-1300 and tell them your with the Crossfire Car Club or wait till next week when we will have a direct link online using one click and putting in our group code "CFC". We will have till June 16 for the club discount pricing.

Hello All!! I'm new to the forum, I just introduced myself in the new member thread. I'm registered for the Chrysler Nationals so I hope to see some of you there. My registration/order # 66338. I need a room and I see that you guys have rooms saved at the Hampton Inn Harrisburg West. Can I book one of your saved rooms for myself? I called the hotel and they said, other than your rooms, there is NO availability. I was never a Boy Scout so camping out is not an option haha!!

 

If you have a Crossfire and have registered for Carlisle then the room block is available to you to reserve a room
