Default SRT Roadster 2k Miles

Just saw this gem on eBay, not a steal but I have never seen this color roadster with only 2k miles before.

You're fast . . . I was just going to post about that same car. It's a beauty. Probably no finer example in the entire country . . .

I like some of the mods he has made . . . turn signal side view mirrors, upgraded rear view mirror, aftermarket radio / back up camera, debadged with some SRT emblem. IMHO this is a beautiful SRT6 roadster!

One thing I'm not sure of . . . it looks like that's a plastic rear window that was sewn into his convertible top?? That wouldn't be my choice for a solution . . . Oh well, it's not my car and I won't be buying it.

I agree Red. This car in this color, with those mods may well be worth asking.

If I could afford it the vanity plates would read "KEEPER."

Very nice car, other than the Mopar signal mirrors the mods are not my cup of tea. Nice to know there are some low milers out there and I hope he gets his price.

Dang! Assuming he paid sticker and gets his reserve, that means he paid $13.75 for every mile he drove it. Plus the cost of mods.

It's probably the hardest SRT-6 to find for the year....love it. But the emblems are not my cup of tea. I'm guessing she's going into storage if he's stuck on getting at least $24K.

I don't know about the rear window, the mods are mostly cosmetic and the engine bay looks unmolested.

It could fetch $24K this summer but, with no more exercise than 2Kover ten years some stuff has got to be stiff and old. I wouldn't buy it for a daily driver.

A garage queen is not my style but if I had the money it would be a keeper,,,,, kept in the garage.

I don't even keep MY car in the garage.

If it was originally sold in Florida, you could get a new top from Chrysler through the TSB. I spoke with a rep from SRT about the top on the roadster when we picked up the black one. He mentioned that he had helped a gentleman in Keys with getting a top replaced and was floored when I replied "Yeah, that's Bob". I explained that I knew a good majority of the SRT-6 owners in Florida and we had a laugh. We spent the next few minutes finding out the new one came from AZ and wasn't eligible....after being told by both Chrysler and the local dealership it was covered. The mileage restriction is still 100K and you can still get a top if it was originally from the "humid" states.

I also would be concerned with something 'stiff'. Sure is a beaut though. Those things that might creep up from not being used more than it has could add a lot more to the already high price asked.

Wasn't Pizza looking for one JUST LIKE THIS?

?? The included 'AutoCheck' shows first registration middle of 07? I know this guy didn't pay 51K, just might be trying to get more than what he paid for it? I don't know... ??

Looks to be a beautiful car. Classy color.

I spent a bunch of time hunting down a Volvo V70R in just that color. They car it Titanium. Nice compromise between black and silver. More interesting than a dark grey like Stone. I never tired of it.

Pizza's been looking for one "just like this" for years but he never pulls the trigger on one.

I paid $25K for my roadster in '08. That was the going price or a little higher. He's just trying to get his $$$$ back. I don't care for the new style emblems either. Hope he gets it. May need to sell my two. I thought I would keep them. But it is getting time to face reality and gear up for a sale someday.

Heya Doc, yeah I know what you mean. I remember when I first joined, you adamantly scoffing you'll never sell yours. Funny, how a few years tends to wear away firm rigid resolve? When you decide, I hope you get what your asking for, but mostly hope when you sell them you don't look back too much. Like ole Judge Judy sometimes said, put a period at the end and move on?

Morning,
I haven't checked the latest Vin records but this one at 055857 may be new to the list?
Love the color so much I bought the same 2 1/2 years ago but now have 17500 miles. Doesn't like the garage keeps getting out.
