There's something weird about the speedometer picture.

 

I sent the dealer an e-mail and asked how the trip odometer could show 447 and the odometer 442.
I'll keep you posted if/when I get a reply.

Hmm.....Carfax shows the mileage at 1,200 in 2008 and the car lived in OH and GA.

 

It sounds like its been clocked but thats not possible is it??

442 total miles but the trip odometer says it has gone 447 miles.
But they state it has only done 437 miles.

If you click on the View Carfax Report link in the eBay ad, you'll see that on 10/09/2008, the mileage was reported as 1200 to Georgia DMW when Owner moved to new location. I'm also curious why the glove box door isn't latched in several of the pictures. Wonder if there is an issue there?

The car really looks good from the pictures in the ad, but like others here, something isn't creditable about the history of this car.

 

See my post #4 above on the mileage discrepancy. I questioned the seller via eBay, but no response yet. Coincidentally, it's approx 1200 miles round trip from Columbus to Atlanta.

Ended around $12,800 which is about right.....

 

$12,800 would be an excellent deal---I think this should easily bring $14K-$15K.

 

Curious whether it sold for that price. Auction says Reserve Price wasn't met, so dealer wasn't obligated to sell for that price. I did look at the Dealer's website a bit ago and the red Roadster isn't listed anymore. Could be it sold direct to a buyer at the dealership in Dublin, Ohio.
