I voted 2009 because the 2004 models will have been out for at least 5 years. Some should be getting near high mileage numbers by then.

Either way I hope they make this car into 2009, what else are people gonna buy? Mazda miatas, that car needs to take a dirt nap, and the solstice is a rip-off for a 4 cylinder NA motor.

it will happen sooner or later just as soon as some of them get the chance to be run down that much... i can buy a early to mid 90's 300zx for 4k now... when they where first out, it was the hottest thing since sliced bread, hell people swore they where hotter than the ferrari and porsche of the day... this is where the crossfire stands, hot today, but low production, low sales due to lack of advertising (hell we are the rolling advertisement basically)... hopefully that means they will get collector like owners that refuse to drive it around in the winter and such...

OK I voted "Never", but at the same time I'll give everyone this... You pull up to the old run down barn, step inside, pull back the hay covered canvas and there sits a 2005 Crossfire Limited Coupe (with an aftermarket supercharger, and headers) the old man walks out and says "yep some city boy came by here and parked it out front 15 years ago, and we never saw him again, how much you give me for it?"... I reply $1,500.00 dollars and not a penny more, jump in crank the Crossfire up and drive away with a huge smile on my face... so yes the Crossfire could drop below 10K one day... hooah

Name one car that sold new for $24,000 that couldn't be had used for less than $10,000 after five years. C'mon people, I admire your optimism, but it's a car and it will depreciate. Too many will have been made for them to be collectors items any time soon.

Exactly... and for some reason, way too many Crossfire owners think our cars are much more than they really are (a reskined, outdated SLK 320).

Someone will drive it a zillion miles and abuse it, hence a lower than 10k price.
