Here was my questions:
What is up with the Crossfire? If sales were slow why not advertise? I
am always amazed on how many people don't even know what this car is
or who makes it! It appears that you are no longer going to make it. If
you take it out of production can we move our warrenty to MB?
Here was my Answer:
Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Group Customer Assistance Center.
We are happy to hear about your passion for our products as we have a passion for creating and driving them. I'm sure you can understand for competitive reasons we are limited on what we can discuss on our future
product plans.
The Chrysler Group has introduced a record number of new products for
2006 and 2007 model years and will continue to bring significant new vehicles to market in future years. Please stay close to the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brand web sites and listen for press announcements as this exciting story unfolds.
You can visit the web site at: chrysler.com for information that has been released about current and future product information.
Sorry the warranty can not be changed.
Also our records indicate that the following recall campaign has not been performed by an authorized DaimlerChrysler dealer.
My answer to the recall:
I have taken to or called my dealer 5 times in the last 3 months, they tell me to keep checking back as they can not get the parts. I get great service from Sweeney, but should I take it to a different dealer to get this fixed?
I will let you know the answer from Dr. Z!
