Default Quick question on servicing the car

My car is sitting at -600 miles for servicing. Since I changed the oil myself just a month ago or so, I kept ignoring that but it wont go away. Do I actually need to do something?

This started to worry me...

Ummmm....... ya.

You have to reset the FSS system or it'll keep counting mileage past service. Your -600 says you're 600 miles past the scheduled service point. When you reset it'll say 7000 (without the minus sign) and will decrease in increments of 100.

Second this.

Do a google search on "FSS system reset Crossfire" or just "crossfire FSS reset". You should come up with some results.

I had to do it FOR a "crossfire" service tech once. He had no clue how to reset it, although he swore he had done it before the way he was doing it. Of course it was wrong. Never went back to that stealership. Left a quart of dirty motor oil in my car when he did my oil change too. Oh sorry! What were we talking about?
