Default I'm back. And this time I have a car...

Hello, folks. Some of the oldtimers might remember me from the early days of these forums. I haven't been on in quite a while, but having finally bought my Crossfire last weekend, I figured it was high time to poke my head back in here and say hello...

Cheers,

Greg

How did you ever manage to wait this long? I almost went nuts waiting until Christmas. I am an old timer in most other ways but I don't think I ever knew you. So Hi.

Hi FXDS.....the only way to increase the size of the grin you probably noticed on your face everytime you drive your Xfire is by following Red885s advice and sign up and show up for the MHU on the 17th....there is still time :-)
There is no better way to spent a day in your baby ;-)

Well, damn! The MHU tomorrow sounds like a hell of a lot of fun, but I have to work in the morning and go house hunting in the afternoon. I'll keep an eye out for the next meeting in this part of the country, though! I took the long way home from work the other day (up Baldy, across GMR, down East Fork, down Azusa, for anyone familiar with the eastern LA county foothills), and I haven't had that much fun with a vehicle since the last time I did that route on my Harley about five years ago. Only thing better would have been a bunch of other XFs to run with (as opposed to the one BMW I ran with on the first leg :wink.

Cheers,

Greg

Welcome, Greg! Great to see you again. And will be even better to see you on the road at one of the Hook-Ups soon! Make your reservations now for the Yosemite Hook Up...talk about great mountain roads!
