Default A Short Storyc Changing Dealers

A Short Storyc Changing Dealers

Once upon a time on a Crossfire Forum, it has been said so many times before: gif youfre not happy with the service find another dealerh.

Well, that time has finally arrived. I am being forced to change Chrysler dealers in order to persevere my sanity and to keep from going to jail for slapping a dumb a-- service writer upside the head or torching the place.

Some of the old timers here may recall the different problems Ifve encountered along the way getting my car fixed. Everything from a glove box lock that fell out on the way home the first day of ownership to the popping out of 1st gear issue and a few other encounters in between. It has been a battle all the way.

I went by my dealer this morning to give them a heads up on the noise Ifm hearing from the rear of my car; I was hoping they could research it, touch bases with the 5-Star tech line or even talk with MB before I bring it in for service in a few weeks. I also mentioned I still have the wind noise problem after their two attempts to fix it have not been successful.

The response I got on each problem drove me over the edge:

¥ Rear end Noisec "There are 5 or 6 nosie related issues but not for that. A car has thousands of moving parts, noise is to be expectedh.

¥ Wind Noisec gHave you tried re-adjusting your mirror, you knowc wind flow? Like when noise changes when blowing over a coke bottle to make it whistleh.

I swear to one and all, those were the responses I received this morning at my 5-Star Chrysler dealer!!! Now you know why Beth keeps the shells to my 12 gauge hidden from me!!!

The End

Try Airpark Chrysler Jeep Service. They resolved several issues for me that were totally beyond Lou Grubb Chrysler. Tell Roger I sent you (480-556-7400).

I've been keeping up with your problems. Sounds like you are overdue for a dealer switch.

I hope you find one that works out for you.

Bob... already talked with Dale, explained the situation. He said they would be more than happy to look into it and my loaner will be waiting on me. So far, so good.
