Check out the chrome side vents on the StarTech XF in my album. I assume that StarTech will sell them to you.

I thought they were a bit tacky and overstated.

Just like me!

Its hard to tell that those are chrome from the picture. I agree black vs. chrome can be too contrasting sometimes. I am going for a graphite and chrome look. A little more understated but still classier than silver painted trim. ( I still don't understand why the windshield frame is a different color than the car. Might be fine if it were a convertible. Just looks strange to me. I will soon be color matching the windshield frame.

Call it classy and a Euro styling..color monotony is old school just like the Japanese cars.

I like the colors ,the graphite and silver go together nicely. And it does make the XF stand out from other cars.I Still want a custom grill though!

I agree 100%. At first I was not sure about the silver trim - but now I love it and would not change it for anything!

I agee 75%... while all the cars look good, Graphite would be my second choice. I am not all that crazy about the color of the window trim etc, IMO it blends in best with SSB.

Sorry - I don't agree with that part - I don't think the grills need to be changed at all. I'm one of those people who bought a car that I like - and I really see no need to change it.

I agree Dan, but a new grill... not in chrome. What's the scoop, weren't you working on that? Thought you had a buddy that was making them up???

I bought the chrome grill from e bay. I was worried because it looked like too much from the photos, but in real life it looks great. Just what the front end needed. No more minvan grill for me. I will post photos when I get a chance.

here it is...you are right it does look good on a red crossfire.

however on a white crossfire...it would not look so good imo.

I bought the Graphite because I like the amount of contrast with the trim.

In MY opinion the black and red were too much of a contrast and the silver has too little.

We don't get white here in the UK so it wasn't something I considered.

I think if I had a black or red, I would follow REDCROSS' lead and painted the trim, but since I have graphite the trim stays.
