In California, new 2004s still on the lot are going for $8-10K below MSRP. I bought one 2 months ago for $8k below MSRP. Mine had been sitting on the dealer's lot for more than a year.

Trying to keep a low profile, and NOT act too interested, Not sure if demo, new not used, just looking for a starting point.

Joe, I don't know what to offer but I know that Foley Chrysler in Quincy still has a black 04 coupe, six speed on the lot (the one I test drove in June) and he was going to try to put some miles on it so he could sell it as a demo, I believe. I know he'd love to get rid of it. Call Rich Snyder (Sales Manager) if you're interested. I'm sure he will give you the best price he can and is completely honest, honest. If you call him, tell him I told you about it. I don't know if it will help, but it certainly won't hurt. He knows me pretty well.

I got mine in the first of Sept, off the lot brand new, and talked the dealer down from 40,995 to 31,195! Granted theres a huge mark up for living in hawaii, but still now that was a deal!

I'd try to go a little lower. Maybe 25K. I got a 2004 blaze red limited coupe for ~27.3K in October. It had 130 miles on it.

Lots of '04's out there. I just got a blaze red limited with 300 miles on it for $26,950. MedVed Chrysler in Denver has 8 more on the lot for that price.

Dealers here in Texas will do 10,000 off MSRP off of Black and Alabaster ones. 8,000 to 8,500 off of Blaze Red and Graphite. I picked up my Graphite 04 six speed for 8,000 off in Fort Worth.
