Is there a difference between inferno red and blaze red? If so, which do I have?

 

No difference.

The following paint codes are identical across Chrysler models and apply to both color descriptions:
PRH
ARH
RH
591
3591

I would guess that 2004 models were officially listed as blaze red with a transition to inferno red in later model years (many other Chrysler products were officially listed as inferno red - so Crossfire window stickers eventually started declaring inferno red as well). If I were you, I would just stick with Blaze Red.
