Man, I let things get away from me. I've been on the list for a long time, and I usually book my room when I leave. In fact, my room is booked for next SPRING already.
Just today, I realized I had not booked for fall. Called and got my favorite King Fireplace second floor room with ample parking - $95 this time, it was $99 in Spring. Garden Units C and D for the win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FRANC'S FOURTH ANNUAL OFF ROAD. ADVENTURE IN NORTH CAROLINA
At the Fall Dragon meet; Fontanna
Jim and Trish have invited us to their mountain place in North Carolina.
So, once again we have a Franc's Off road experience set for Friday, September 29th.
Officially this is a freebie but token gifts are encouraged for our hosts.
We will leave the Lodge about 9:30 and arrive for lunch at 12:00 or so.
Plans are to stay until 3:00 or when the police arrive.
Jim suggested rain could again be an issue so this event may move to Saturday at the last minute.
PM me with your names so I can form a list and prepare Jim's wife Trish for the invasion.

It just took on the name from the very first time going there years ago.
It is a beautiful drive on paved roads not to far away from the lodge to an awesome mountain home with fabulous people that love to have us and entertain us for the day.
This is not to be missed by anyone who can join us

I suggest folks bring a gift of wine, beer or maybe cookies for our hosts. And as a back up survival food ,,,; just in case I get us lost.
