Default Reviews / feedback wanted / Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 - 10-27-2009 , 03:51 PM

Anyone try these yet? Newer tire and reviews from Car & Driver are good. One of my rear Contis met an untimely death. I'm not a fan of the Contis either. Wanted to put on some GSD-3's but it's not in the budget this month having just bought a 3rd car for my kids to drive. So I bought a set of these Hankooks for the rear and will likely work a set into the budget for the front in a week or two. Just curious if anyone has tried them yet?

I to have the Evo K110's on my SRT. I have had them on the rear for about 8,000 miles and there is still at elast 5/32 or 6/32 left of tread which i consider a good thing considering they have made about 25 passes down the 1/4 mile including burnouts...

they ride well, handle well in the rain, and wear fairly well...but then again the wear is always depending on how heav your foot is.

Don't have the slips in front of me but I believe my best was 1.81...it may have been 1.79, but I'm leaning towards 1.81

Can anyone confirm if these tires are made in China or Korea? According to Hankook's website, they have plants in both countries. I would not want to buy tires made in China: http://www.newsinferno.com/archives/13147

Seems like a decent tire at a fair price at $194 275/35/19 ?
tires-easy.com - Details: Hankook VENTUS V12 EVO K110 275/35 ZR19 100Y BSW
but as it describes it's a directional tread pattern, meaning you'll have to dismount and mount before moving to the other side of the car?

Hi--just got my 2005 Crossfire LTD roadster on Tuesday. Yesterday put on the Hankook tires---amazingly quiet, smooth, definite yes!
