So we are all saying thaty the thermal coating is highly unnecessary? I'll rather put the 200$ to add on the S/C pulley...

My black car is a prime example, with its black seats it would be the perfect black body if I matted the paint.
My a$$ says it picks up heat faster than it cools.
I swear you can fry an egg on the roof at times.

Digging up an old thread.
one of the previous owners of my 04 more or less changed the air filters to something that looks like what the O.P. posted, and i have looked at the Needswings setup.

my question is how the heck do you fit the plumbing through that narrow gap on either side of the radiator? i just don't see the room for a big round tube to fit.

The sections that pass thru the core support are rubber. They conform to the shape of the openings. Don’t think it would change the volume of the tube.
