I called the Chrysler "folks"!! Extended convertible window warranty only applies to the 2005 models!

 

wow that really blows!! just a way for them to skate on their responsibility, if the glass is falling out it is obvious that it's a factory defect what difference should the year make , like I said just an excuse for them to weasel out of their responsibility.

 

That's not new news(05 models).. it's all over the threads on this subject. So I guess Mazda should be responsible for every plastic window that yellowed too.. "safety hazard" you cant see out it?

 

It took about 10 min to "discuss" the situation. I did note for the rep that the 2005-2009 all have the same top!!!! Baa, baa, baa, etc... was his response.
