Default Getting to seat relay

Some make it sound easy, but I removed all the screws to lower panel to access seat relay. I expected to have the panel drop down, but no it didn't. I could use some additional help on what the trick is to have the panel drop down. Thanks

This shows all the screws, you do not want to remove the rear two screws. they hold the two panels together and that is all, they come down as one piece.

there is 1 screw that is less obvious, located on the extreme right of the knee bolster in a cavity

Thanks for the pic's. A big help, I didn't know that the ring came out to expose those two screws. I will try this again !!

Didn't say what year. 07-08 is more complicated because of the knee air bag which must drop also. If you have one of these, disconnect the battery 10 minutes before starting to avoid a surprise. Have'nt dropped yet (went from both speedo dash lights bad to just one after a rap) but looks like you just pull the big bolt on each end and it drops.

He has a 2005 roadster. If you need more info on someone read their posts, especially the first ones.
