It is all fun and games until I go back to the track and leave dissapointed. I think 240M3SRT found a day that we can get a few passes in. There is an "import shootout" at Texasmotorplex on 11/16. We are going to try our best to get on the track. We can have our own little Code3 vs. 185 shootout.

Thanks, Rob. I have had a few requests for them and I'll forward them your way.

Good, the last thing I wanted to do was open an account or have to charge for retail for these parts. I'll be ordering soon.

WTF is going on? Good God... I'm not even going to torture myself with reading all that mess. If someone has a problem like that it needs to be handled over IM or PM, don't bring that B1TCHFEST in here... We really don't want to hear/read it.

Congrats on hanging out with cool people. The temps should be freezing by then. Some of them are looking for someone with alot of room to store their cars, since most will be transporting.

Hey Cruizin, you gotta love the responses you get over on that thread! I can all most see their noses turning upward as we type. 100% no chance I would hang out with these douches even though I could probably spank 99.9% of them. I'll have to wait for a different group to rent the track, maybe the neons or cobalts, as I'm not that stuck up! ( three of us put up a response and mostly got skipped right over ). That has happened a few times before, I don't mean to include the C32 group they seem just fine, but mention SRT6 in the other threads and their like a CHRYSLER? I think they don't now about our cars bloodline?

I can only vouch for Juicee63 over there. We have raced together and he's pretty cool. He would definately appreciate your car and would love it for you to show up. I know what your saying, we have club of exotics out here too, and I put a request to join their club. You guessed it never got a response. I feel at home with the race team from my track. Bracket racers are a different class of people. I posted about putting VHT down and they seem to react fine. Some of them know how important track prep is. Again the few that are hardcore 1/4 milers can relate to you and I.

I just wanted to revisit something i said last week...

Just to clarify, I'm an InMotion Customer and will remain one. I have no problem with James at InMotion or the product he sells. I wasn't trying to say that his "custom" tune was crap. There seems to be a consensus here that that was the way I felt. It is not. I've spent my money with InMotion and I'm happy with the service. I just needed to get a more detailed and specific tune to my car. I just sent my ECU off again for a new customized tune for my car specifically, so it should be good to go. I still believe, as the numbers have mostly shown, that InMotion is the best bang for the buck.

A question for any of the guys who were at MIR. When I pulled up to the water box the guy directing the action gave a kind of smacking his hands together or scrubbing motion signal, then the stop signal and then the burn out go ahead. The first time I didn't give the smack signal much thought but he did the same action each time I came up to the box. Was I supposed to be doing something with this signal? Thanks

This hand signal is to que you to clean the tires off by doing a little burn out ( gets the gravel off your tires ) this signal should only be given to people who drove through the water box, as they assume you have slicks or drag radials if you do this, otherwise you can drive around the water box, then the second signal is for a full burn out to heat the tires. But either way it is a good idea to give a small spin at first just to clean the tires up a little as there is alot of gravel in that area from the big hp cars eating up the pavement. Hope this helps. And I hope to see you back out at the track soon.
