Nah, I was just kidding.
All You "Auto/Fires" have to do is point and shoot. All I'd have to do is miss a shift and lose to a SRT6, and I'd never hear the end of it. Even if I won, all I would hear would be, "You only beat me by a car length". It's a lose...lose for me anyway you look at it.lol
Sounds like you're going to have a great time though.

Nope! I got the 1.72 with the Toyo Proxes T1R's at Atco in 50 deg weather. I am averaging 1.75-1.76 60's with these tires. They HOOK!

The 181 will probably win, because thats what Jeff has on his and I know for sure he's going to be modded out the ying for this. But I fully intend on spanking the rest.

Hey PA, MIR is located in bum f*ck southern Maryland, so just go to hotels.com or something and look up a cheap hotel/motel in the southern MD or DC area. MIR is in omish country way out in nowheresville so I don't think there are any hotels/motels real close (atleast from what I noticed).

That is crazy! Those are better times than a lot of people get on drag radials! I just ordered a set of those vredestein tires I would have got the tr1's had I known that. Oh well, I got the set of 275/35/19 tires for $218 so I can afford to burn those up quick lol.

Unfortunately my wife can not attend (she has to work that weekend now) so I will need someone to video the races. I will bring my camera since it is DVD quality so if someone has a friend going to watch can they use my camera and video for us? I will then burn a DVD and mail it out to everyone when I get home for only the cost of postage. Please let me know as soon as possible if you have someone that can do the video.
I will take photos with my digital slr in between races, before and after for everyone.

I'm due for tires soon and I was going to go with the Vredestein's as well. Let me know how they hook up! The Toyo's aren't that cheap so thats why im thinking of going with the V's.

I got mine from bossrims on ebay, for $109 each you can not get much cheaper lol. I read reviews on the corvette forums, 350z forums, mbworld, charger forums and a few others. All of them gave the tires great reviews, I could only find 1 or 2 comment about drag racing them but they did not post any 60' times.
