Default Need a spring clip for the SRT engine cover - 02-08-2010 , 08:52 PM

Hi all,

As you know, the engine covers for the SRT's have three metal clips on the bottom - one is screwed on to the bottom of the cover, and there are two spring clips that slip over plastic tabs on the bottom of the cover. When I got my SRT, it was missing one of the spring clips, and according to the dealer you can't just buy the spring clip, you have to buy the whole cover!

So, does anyone have a broken cover laying around from which they'd be willing to part with one or both of the spring clips?

Thanks in advance!

Dave
