Default Throttle Lag

So heres the story...I put a full exhaust on my car yesterday with some catless dp's and full stainless everything. I leave the fab shop late at night and swing in to the gas staion by my house to grab a drink. When i go to leave i goose it a little, tc light flashes, get it squared up and go to get on it again....its like a 2 sec delay from when i hit the gas to when the t/b reacts. no check enginge light.Odd. So this morning i get up to go test it out. Seems fine at first. Find a straight road, pin the gas...it goes ok for the most part but then it short shifts itself on the 2-3 at about 5300rpm when it usually shfts at 6500. Then the throttle lag is back. I come home disconnect the t/b to do a reset. Fire it back up and let it run about a min. I crack the throttle seems good, i do it one more time and its back to the same slow response but this time with a CEL. I cant read the codes so i have no idea what it is. Any helpful insight out there??

that sounds like the first thing to check since the exhaust was the only thing that changed. The dp's came with the J bungs for the narrowband right?
