Congratulations!!!! I just did a quick survey, and it looks like there are only 3 for sale in the entire US at the moment. This is the testament to what a fab car the SRT6 Roadster is. I will be interested to see how "inventory" grows in the fall. This will be a harbinger of the future price level of the car. If the estimate that there's about 700 or so left in the world, that's a pretty select group. Mine won't be for sale that's for sure!

Hey that's great! I've been thinking about it and your trip. A very long drive that I hope you really enjoyed!
Now you need to gear up for the GTG's in May & June. Check the Canadian section of the forum for details.

Got a lot of looks and interesting chats with the tape job. Older lady at Cracker Barrel thought it was the new trend. Security at the Grand Canyon gave me the look...

Back home now folks just in time for Easter. I removed the tape today, glad I did it or the battle scars could have been worse. Arkansas highway almost made me turn around and ship the car...As far as I can see, there were only 2 very small stone chips that was not there when we left Vegas.
The adventure was well worth it and will do it again. The best part of the experience was meeting the orig owner of the car. Paul and Sue are wonderful people who took great care of the car...the only surprise was the car was better than expected!
Thanks Paul and Sue...and to everyone here who guided me thru this journey with advice, emails, support and all...
I got my SRT and thinking.....maybe I should get a coupe as well so both my boys can have one each.
Happy Easter everyone!!!

I cannot believe that you were able to drive through all those different states without a tag !
( You have made no mention of being stopped )

Nevada 's the place to get a car...except for the 2 hour wait at DMV, everything went well. No tax or additional charges for private sale and a 'drive away' tag for $8.25 good from Vegas to Home. Tag is visible on the 1st pic, passenger side windshield.
