Default Smell of Burning Rubber Coming through Vents

Lately, I've had the smell of burning rubber intermittently coming through the AC vents. It's normally only when I come to a stop. I tend to think it could be the belt, but I'm having no other signs that it could be that, such as noise, etc. SRT-6 with 70,000 miles. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Oil dripping on the exhaust manifold from leaky valve cover.

Check the throttle pedal. Every time I push too hard on that sucka, I smell burning rubber.

Just a chance, but check the crank pulley harmonic balancer. When mine was failing, the rubber insert was working itself loose moving backward, which began rubbing on the engine block. I was able to hear/feel a slight vibration when it was doing this as well.
