Seriously? I just paid $199 for the TCU tune last month and still haven't shipped it off...

Did you mean you haven't shipped it (TCU) off to them, or they haven't shipped back to you? If you shipped it to them did you ask them for an adjustment? Or are you asking them here in the open forum? Try sending them an email.

I remember back in 2011 that a certain member here got a discount on a tune after hinting they would have to save hard to get one. Ever since then this member has been an unabashed fan of EC.
They thanked EC openly on the forum, I guess complaints, criticism or questions are not?

If it is received by noon, it'll be out the same day! Shipping is covered by the customer.

Not sure if this is a stupid question but are the SRT6 TCU's identical to the base model Crossfire?
I ask because my car is my daily and I can pick up a second hand TCU from a standard Crossfire and send that in.

You can send any EGS52 unit and it will work. (:

Is the sale still going on? I just purchased an 05 SRT6 Roadster w/64k miles in stock trim, looking into performance/tuning upgrades. I would welcome member feedback/recommendations on parts, vendors, do's & don'ts. Thx

A lot of customers will get an ECU/TCU tune and pulley from us. I'm sure other members will chime in.

There's also a Facebook group for Crossfire owners, friendliest and most helpful group I'm in. (:
