Not at that price, unless you want a brand new one, it is the correct one though.
Parts for the mod are here.

Or car-part.com, look under 2000-2005 Mercedes 500 series. Some listings even list the part number.

Or

This one looks really nice at $48 with free shipping :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/MERCEDES-W220-W215-W211-R230-S500-CL500-E500-SL500-THROTTLE-BODY-1131410125-OEM-/141617605597?hash=item20f9112bdd&vxp=mtr
Clean, fast (3 days) and working....not as cheap, though!

That one sho is pretty though. ( not that it matters, once installed, you can't see it ! )

Make sure to get a new O ring for the installation and clean the manifold surface real good.

I've done this 3 times and I always replace the TB with the battery disconnected.

The ECU learns the running parameters of these. If you change it out and the ECU thinks you have an older, smaller TB in, it may have issues....like surging idle etc. until it learns the new unit.

If it learns the new unit after a reset (battery disconnect), it might go better....

I changed only one and did not disconnect the battery, I had no problem at all.
If there is no power to the TB with the ignition OFF how can it learn anything different with the battery disconnected?

Could it be that disconnecting the battery resets the TPS map in the PTCM ?

WOW! All of you forum experts jumped right on this call for help and got everything sorted out for steps within 24 hours. I wanted to at least offer him a new o-ring gasket . . . I have two of them brand new sealed in the bag that I don't need . . . But . . . no need for my superpowers here! I'm moving on to the next cry for help . . .

Surely something that has sat on a shelf somewhere for god knows how long with no power to it will be reset anyway. As I said my battery was not disconnected and it ran like a Swiss watch from the moment it was started, while others had to run there car for age as to get the same result.
Who knows with these cars, what works one minute seems the wrong method the next.

The motor has no "0", it's just a stupid stepping motor that goes one step at a time CW or CCW as commanded.
Kinda like me and the wife.
The brushes on the circuit board in the TB tell the PTCM how well it obeyed.

Put mine on with new O-ring. Did not disconnect battery. Ran perfect from start up. No "learn" necessary.
