The Crossfire owners manual says that the dealership should investigate the reason why the light came on if the above reset does not work. The reset mentioned only works after a battery has been disconnected and then reconnected, and is not a cure all.

sorry didnt mean to imply it was a fix all. assuming that codes were checked and using the lock to lock method to reset the bas/esp after.
