Default Crossfire Lettering on Back of Vehicle

I recently lost the 'E' off the CROSSFIRE letting on the backside of my 2005 Roadster. The dealership said I needed to purchase the entire set of lettering for $70. That's absurd. My little car is not the same without that 'E'. I'm looking for someone who may have also had this happen and is there someone I could purchase that letter from? Sounds ridiculous but I take very good care of my car and don't want this flaw. Thanks!!

littlebit, put a post in the coupe section as well if you haven't. A lot of members have already de-badged their cars and probably would sell you a letter or all letters much cheaper.

Look in this thread. He's selling a whole new set. Maybe you can work out a deal.

Hey littlebit let me look when I get home. I debadged mine when I first got it and saved the letters when I did it. I think I still have them even though I turned back the car. If I do I'd be happy to send you the "E". It doesn't have stickyback on it but I'll see if maybe I can put some on here at work before I send it. I'll PM you if I find it when I get home and you can then send me your address.

Sorry to disappoint littlebit but I turned the house upside down when I got home and the letters are gone. I sold lots of stuff when I returned the car in February and according to notes I just found it looks like I sold them (possibly to Silver Fox). Sorry I could'nt help you out.

I doubt very much if you could buy just the E. Maybe at a junk yard. I think if I was in the same boat, I would strip the rest of the letters off and go without the Crossfire logo across the trunk. That looks pretty good. There's a post on removing the logo. You could put Andrew's Crossfire emblem over the Chrysler badge on the trunk like on my sig at the bottom of this post.

Of course you could always contact Alex Trebeck, I've heard he'll sell you a vowel.

Some members here have posted about an internet junk yard. They may have one. Sorry I don't have that website but you may find it with a web search.

Ooohhh THANX, spotsbimmer !! for offering to send me the letter. Pls send to my office - SAFER Systems, Attn: D. Davis, 5141 Verdugo Rd. Ste B, Camarillo CA 93012. Seems like everyone else is debadging their cars. I may end up doing that down the road but right now, I like the lettering. Thanx again!

I sent it out today, you'll need to find the correct 2-sided tape to apply the letter. Stores that sell automotive paint supplies may be able to help.

Spotsbimmer, Thanks again for sending out the 'E'. I do appreciate it. I'm not worried about getting it on the car - my significant other will take care of it for me. Have a great Sunday! :-))

Default Trunk CROSSFIRE Lettering

We bought our 2006 Crossfire this year and are loving it. But one thing that is missing is the "i" in Crossfire on the trunk lettering. Chrysler will sell us the set for $90 but all I really need is the "i". I am hoping that someone has made the leap and did not need that letter. Let me know your price, as long as it is less than $90, Thanks!!! Clint
