Default headlight position problem

I have a problem in my lights left, I do not know if it is the motor of the headlight or the regulation manual worker or one parts of the light break ?

I wait for your reactions

Turn the adjustment ****, after You make sure the bulb is installed correctly. It looks like Your lens is just cranked all the way out.

Surgery may be indicated...

Headlight motor? I'd better go check my muffler bearings first. Anybody have a metric adjustable wrench I can borrow?
