Default I can't find it...

I may need to change my turn signal/wiper/headlight stalk, but I thought there was a relay that it was connected to. Can't find it in the manual...

The relay for the turn signal is built into the stalk and can't be serviced so you have to replace the stalk.

All the flash to pass is just pulling the stalk slightly forward.

Yes, when I push the stalk forward....just don't work when I pull back on it.

The "flash to pass" is a switch made into the stalk :
