Questions about driving light hole cover

First question, anyone know how these come out? Can they be pried out with a screw driver or are they attached from behind somehow.

Secondly, does anyone know where to get a couple of these, I have been googling and ebaying for the past hour with zero results.

Probably because we don't have "driving lights".. I'm going to guess you mean fog lights? There are 3 screws..access from the fender liner in front of the wheel.. you can get to them from the little door that some have left.. LOL
