Default Trip to Toronto

The wife and I will be taking the Crossfire to Toronto for a wedding next weekend. We will be leaving here on Friday the 5th. We hope to be able to take in the Zoo on Sunday and Niagara Falls on Monday. I've heard the Falls is better on the Canadian side but I have never been there myself. I'll get another state marked off on my attempt to visit all lower 48 in the crossfire. I have 25 states, DC and Ontario (wife's family in Windsor) checked off already this will make 26 states adding New York.

Niagara Falls, Ontario, aka Beaner Town.
Beaners not in town at the moment so the place may be a bit quiet.

I was there at the end of last September and it was a beautiful day. I took my cousin from the UK down there. Take the time to take the boat ride, it is well worth the effort.

If you get a chance, stop by Taps on Queen in Niagara Falls, it's in the old business district, just a few mins from the tourist traps on Clifton Hill & Lundy's Lane. It's a brew pub with good food for great value. TAPS ON QUEEN | BREWHOUSE & GRILL

Lots of things to do around the Niagara region. If you are into wines, the region is full of wineries Niagara Vintage Wine Tours Reviews - Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario Attractions - TripAdvisor

Don't forget to pick up some Forty Creek whiskey on your way home
