This logo could be put on a shirt very easily. No money up front and anyone could buy them if they wanted to. The same place I had the calendars printed.

Well, I've made a commitment and sent my paid reservations to Erzer. I will be leaving Sunday 6/20/10 about noon and drive Illinois 50 from Vincennes to Lebanon IL. From there I'll travel north to I-70, and take I-70 west to Harrah's. Sunday night, it'll be a scotch and leisurely dinner, with the casino afterwards. Monday 6/21/10, I'll get in queue for a performance tuning with Eurocharged, hang out with the St. Louis group and wait for any of the Indiana and/or Ohio Valley groups to arrive. The rest is in the itinerary I sent to Erzer. (Tuesday 6/22/10 - Registration and race day (spectator only), Wednesday 6/23/10 Clarksville Route, Thursday 6/24/10 Hermann Route and dinner buffet, Friday 6/25/10 - return to IN. The rest of the time???????

How about the rest of you guys and gals?

It's time to think about all the car show/cruise in opportunities that might be coming up in your area this year. If you have anything going on in your neck of the woods that you think other OVC members might want to attend or participate in, share the information. If you have an idea for a day trip, let us know.

I was the only Crossfire there last year...sure would be nice to have company this year!

Terry, you or anyone can set up an account on Custom T-Shirts, Unique Gifts, Posters, & Personalized Mugs | CafePress for free. Make it "zero" mark-up and it works great. I used it for our calendars and they were excellent quality. I haven't ordered any clothing from them.

I've got a place in Sullivan, IN that makes up work shirts for me. I asked him to make up a white shirt w/ the OVC logo on it for me, and I should have it in a couple of days. Hope it turns out???

Brian and Tracey---If we get there early enough to get a shady spot in the park...and there are food and refreshments involved...along with a good cigar and comfortable chair....I would be glad to supervise you guys cleaning your car!!

James and Dennis-Guess we need to compare quality and prices once we get a few examples of shirts. Jane is also having a white polo shirt made with the logo. I will check out the site James mentioned and see what I can come up with. Guess it's time to get busy!

They'll be something we can look at anyway. The guy that makes up my work shirts is still trying to locate the best place on the front of the shirt to put the logo, so who knows what I'll wind up with. The shirts are cotton and polyester Jerzee brand shirts and only cost about $17.00 each, so I won't be out much money.

Terry; Count me in for the Nutclub too! I haven't had the car out since October, and it's covered with dust. I guess I need to clean it for the Cruise In?????

Better start cleaning soon!! We have a new person to add to the group. A friend of my decided she would rather have a Crossfire than her 05 Vette. I test drove 2 different Crossfires for her and she just traded for a blue roadster with 11,000 miles on it. Very nice car, even thought it's not red. Guess we needed to add a different color to the group anyway! We still need to get everyone together and discuss the details for St Louis. Maybe we can get a decent day next weekend

Hello all. Just saw this thread and thought I would see what was going on in the "Valley"....I sure hope to see a bunch of you Valley boys and girls showing up with that logo on your shirts. I can just imagine Jane and Doc exchanging "for sure's"

Interest has started to pick up, but we still don't have much time. See you in June!

We are still trying to get together so we can work on our schedule for the week. Hopefully that will happen soon. I think we are all in agreement to arrive on Monday verses Tuesday like originally planned and I'm calling this week to add Monday to my hotel reservations.

We are definately looking forward to the event. Just make sure you put in the request for a rain free week..... We have had enough of that for a while!!!

I can agree with rain free!!!! I'll be driving down on Sunday afternoon as previously stated so that I can get the car in for the "Eurotune" on Monday. If any are looking at spending the whole week in St. Louis, I would love to have the company.

Even if I have to spend Monday with Franc, I'd still like to do the GTGs and Race Day with the Ohio Valley people who will be there. Let me know what your schedules are going to be, and I'll see if I can match some of them. I'm planning on meeting some of the West Coast crowd as well, since I'm planning on going back to sunny AZ in February.

naught

p.s. Jane, if you're going to run the race, I can sit in the stands and cheer. I think Erzer's your only competition.

I would love to race, but I am trying to figure out how to get both of my cars over there. If you have a friend who is going with you, see if they would drive my daily driver over to St. Louis. I'll tow the race car.

Just make sure when you call the hotel they don't tell you they have to cancel one to make the other. Call Beverly if they do and if you still have problems, PM me with the specifics and I'll get with my point of contact.

I don't have anyone going as navigator, but there should be some OVC people who have spouses or significant others that could drive your daily driver to St Louis for you. Just think of Eric's disappointment if you didn't race.

Called today and Beverly answered the phone. She had my reservations pulled up before I even told her my name (caller ID or ESP!) Took about 10 seconds and my reservation was updated. Great service!
