Am I the only one with Spring fever? Somehow I can guess the answer.

I spent Tuesday and Wednesday in Newport RI this past week. Drove Bellevue and Ocean Ave. I had the opportunity to stop at Benton Point State Park and Fort Adams. Absolutely gorgeous views of Narragansett Bay, but at 14 degrees and 40+ mph winds I stayed in the vehicle. Going across the Pell Bridge was the first time I felt a strong cross wind on the X-fi...handled it well.

I could not help but to think that it would make a fantastic cruise for NEX. Maybe Crossfire Tail could give us some info on it..such aas less crowded spring dates if any. Also, Fort Tabor in New Bedford, Mass area also has beautiful ocean views but I am unfamiliar with the specifics. Hope ole Rickster can supply us with some 411.
