New in Napa
Hello All,
I plan on buying a Crossfire roadster this weekend. I have been looking at what kind of car I want to drive to work everyday and i have decided on the Crossfire. I am looking forward to good times with the top down.
I live near Napa, California. Are there any Crossfire groups in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Hi Abaton6,
I am looking forward to driving the XF. I had a Z3 and it was a lot of fun but I think the XF will be more comfortable and have more room. I am tall so this will make driving more enjoyable.
I was considering getting a Boxster but I like the looks of the XF, and besides, everyone has a Boxster.
See yah

Re: New in Napa
So, i finally am recovered from driving all day in L.A. traffic. We drove down there to pick up the Crossfire.
Here are the details:
2005
71,000 miles
It is in very good shape but needs a few little things. Cup holder won't stay down, ash tray doesn't stay closed, the power mirror switch is broke off but still works, It needs a good detailing.
It is an automatic limited.

I took the wife out for a slow cruise last night. It was her first ride in the car. She is not a fan of small cars and sees it as a toy. She liked the car and said it was much better to ride in than the Z3 I had. I like the car but it does have a stiff ride and the visibility could be better. But it is such a joy to drive! I put those little bubble mirrors on and those got rid of the blind spots.
I have some friends with Porsches and my nephew bought my Z3 so we will be doing a cruise together soon. I am thinking Big Sur or Lake Tahoe.
I am happy to have a fun car again. It's been a while.
