Welcome to the forum. I did the snow thing a week ago. What a blast. As far as a good cleaner ,it kind of depends on what shape your rims are in, pitted to pristine. You'll hear 500 things , then you'll find one you like. Enjoy the (s)miles!

Welcome James and congrats on your recent Crossfire purchase.
Any of the major brand name foaming wheel cleaners should do the trick - Meguiar's, Mothers, Eagle, Black Magic etc...
Consider upgrading your brake pads to low-dust ceramics, and the only thing you'll need to clean off your wheels is snow.

I use hand bays at car wash about every other week, and using the foam brush on the tires and wheels only, swirling it around in the spokes.
Makes mine Shiney.

Several have done it, never looked into how much it costs.
I like the silver wheels on my ssb.
