Default "New Members" Hi from Istanbul...

Hi from istanbul;

Firstly I'm not good speaking and writing Engilish. Sorry...

My name is Ozdemir, I'm working Sew-Eurodrive, a German campany. I buyed a crossfire yesterday. Its 2005 model, 3,200cc coupe, 102.000km used. I controlled at service and it's overall situation good. We have a two problems;

1. steering gear box not good. It's heavy and some sound. I'm feeling bad. I think it's will be cheange.

2. There is water in the headlights. I think it's easy for us. There are a lat of headlight service in istanbul.

I think I need to read so many topics

I wrote this guide to fix the moisture in the headlights. It is pretty easy, but requires the lamp be removed from the car.

The steering box is a replacemen. I know of no "guides" for that. Get out your tools!

Welcome to the forum, you have found the best site for all things Crossfire. Good luck finding parts where you are. One thing to remember, is you can cross reference to a 04 Mercedes slk. There is a whole thread that will show you the cross over numbers. I hope this helps. Enjoy the (s)miles.

One thing to remember, is you can cross reference to a 04 Mercedes slk.
'04 SLK320 = Crossfire NA
'04 SLK32 AMG = Crossfire SRT6

My dream car is Porsche 911 4S but it'i expencive my before right step Crossfire. Crossfire is very handsome. I haven't time for problems. I hope looking soon.
Crossfire is my second car. I have a opel Insignia. I'm a insigniateam member. We are meeting every Thursday evening. (min. 20 person) We are going to dinner after carting, bowling or cinema last action go drink coffe or tea. We can change car but keep friendship

a thursday meeting topic : ?stanbul - Haftal?k Ola?an Bulu?malar

I think There are 10 crossfire for sale in Turkey. I paid 18.500$ for Crossfire.

Thanks, You right, I looked and find on the internet yesterday same spare parts for slk more than cheap!
