As addictive as the Dragon is in a Crossfire, I can imagine what it's like for those guys.

Of course, this guy is faster than the average fast bike, right? I mean, I"ve seen two wheel speeds of 75 before, but not over 100.

That is on my Facebook page now, and a few others!

I LOVE watching that video - HOW did they manage to drive like that and only run up on 2 or 3 cars the whole trip????? Had to have been EARLY Saturday or Sunday.....

I ran it four times early Sunday, first two times, no traffic. And people pulled over very quick, like in this video. Must be something about the early morning tourists.

Pizza is coming along...
I wish I had turned my camera on last evening. I was down on Hellbender below the Gap, just past the bridge. I was about to cross the bridge when one of the Gensis guys came up behind me - just after the first curve past the bridge, I let him by and took chase. Missed a downshift coming up the hill, but nailed it and by the time I got up to the gap, I saw him go around the corner - I had closed in on him (why is it I can go 85, and did, up that hill, but cant go past about 65 going DOWN it?)

Chased him all the way to the lodge, turned out to be LoveCraft - had a great ride but no video of it.
He and WildBill told me that they 'd back up my story - "The Pizzaguy can deliver" as Bill put it.

I guess I was burnt over the fact I kept up with Frank on the Skyway (he was leading a moderate group) - but comin back thru the DRagon, I never saw him after going up the hill to the Overlook..... until I got to the Lodge later!

THey sure do.

Sunday morning, before church, Nick took me from the lodge to the overlook, we stopped to chat with the GENCoupe guys and take pictures, then came back to the lodge ---- in about 55 minutes.

I rode right seat with him, first time I have EVER felt it in my stomach, he even had to slow down about a mile or two before the overlook.

I could not believe we made it out and back in under an hour.

Another good video on the Dragon !!!
Almost 10 miles in just under 12 minutes.
That's an AVERAGE speed of 50 mph with 300 curves in the route!

GARY:

Why is the window for the video above larger than mine below? Did you do that or is that the exact URL I posted at the other place (FB or FB-Crossfires, can't remember which)?

I am STILL learning to deal with Youtube, looks like I need more software in order to upload in HD.

EDIT: I guess the video quality is the same between the one above and mine below (they are both not in HD), but again, why the larger window????

================================================== =============

I'd forgotten about this one, this was a good run. I THINK this during ZDAYZ this spriing, not sure.

I like it cause the camera mount position lets you really see the beauty of the place - and that I had a good run, not a NITROrun, but a good one.
