I might be willing to meet up with you somewhere, I'll be coming from Jersey.

Maybe...because 6am from Baltimore means 3am from my house...ugh.

my time is flexible, might be a hour later. But wanted to get there before too late. I figure with lunch and gas it will be closer to 4:30. wanted to check in and relax before dinner

I live in Gaithersburg, MD. and may be going to the event. Not 100% committed at this time. Assume you are leaving on Friday?

Should have a firmed up plan in the next two weeks.

Romio if you leave at 6:00AM you'll be right in morning traffic wich will put you at least an hour behind your schedule just to get to I-66. Believe me from experience I drove down to Virginia for 26 years from Laurel and theres alot of traffic. I'm leaving on Thursday at 4:00AM and should be there around 1:00 to 1:30PM. Just trying to save you some time.

well i really dont have much options. I want to be there for dinner Friday, have a 10 hour drive, and have school til 8:30 thursday. I do not want to drive through the night after work and school thursday, all that will do is get me there dead tired. Even if I hit traffic in the morning i will make it through and get some sleep before I have to do. Also i take I-95 everyday and there isn't enough traffic to worry about that time. Its only 1 hours from my house to 66. So i should be there before 7:30, before too much traffic

I'm in D.C. so I may be a little closer to 66 than you. Can we plan on meeting somewhere along 66? Any idea on where is a mystery to me. any rest stops or restaurants will work. let's research that! I am in for hooking up though!

Looks like I can make it to 66 in a little over a hour. probably about 1:15. I was planning on stopping for a quick breakfast somewhere. Do you want to meet at a diner or something right off 66 for a bite then jump on the road? I'm guessing i'll be there around 7:30. If we eat til 8:00am we can be at Fontana by 4:30 ish.

What day is this? I am Driving down on Thursday, so I can break in new rubber on the Dragon Friday

I will be leaving Fredericksburg, VA about 9 AM, but I will not be driving the Crossfire!, I will be trailoring it down, so I may be slower than you want to go.

Here is the approximate route we will be taking

I will be there at 7:00. Are we eating or just meeting and waiting to do lunch further down the road? Just 3 more weeks!

I'd like to stop a eat quick. shouldn't be too many people there at 7:00 on a friday. I say lets grab a bit to eat and plan on being on the road before 8:00. I dont think I will be awake enough to drive without eating. Then I figure we can grab some fast food around 1:00ish to hold us over, and that would put us there at 4:30. and then we eat dinner with everyone
