How many days is this show???
Or more importantly, How many days are you folks planning to be there?
Is it an entire weekend event like carlisle (just scaled down) or is it just a local weekend show?

Sorry bout the newbie questions, this will probably be my first get together with you guys, truthfully I don't know too much about the event other than it's a charity event involving some cars.

 

The show is only on Sunday the 8th. Some people travel out the night before. There is two local hotels close to my place. We usually meet, grab something to eat, hang for a few drinks. Then we cruise in together to the show on Sunday morning.

I'll need to know if your joining us soon. We like to pre-register as a club so we can all park together.

 

I'm defiinitely in!!!

However I probably won't show up until the moring of the show.
I think I might have to work Saturday night, but I can be there really early in the morning. I'll have to get back to you the week of the show. Other than that, how should I register (Do you guys have a specific registration setup or should I put down a club name on the form, etc.)

Registration cards get turned into the show in the morning.


Since most are coming out the morning of the show, may I suggest we meet at the following address. It's only a couple of miles from the show and not far from most of the major highways.

I'm thinking about 8:30, if thats OK with most. Roll to the Show by 9am.

All are Welcome to come by our place anytime on Saturday and hang out.
Use of the driveway, hose, etc. to clean up the car if needed.
Patio Lounge will be "OPEN".

Saturday Night Dinner plans - if people are interested.... Around 6:30pm.
Then back to the Patio Lounge at our place for a few drinks & laughs.
