Default Dyno'd the CL65 Today

I dyno'd the car today on the same DynoDynamics dyno that I ran a baseline on a month ago.

Stock the car hit 509 HP / 655 TQ, and it was 85-90F in the shop. The HP number is from the first pull, and the TQ number was from the second. The TQ didn't register on the first run. The car dropped 10HP from pull 1 to pull 2, so my guess is the 655 TQ would have been 665.

Today it hit 558 HP / 720 TQ, temp was around 70F.

Gains were 49 HP and 65 TQ. Air/Fuel was mid 10's across the board.

Cold weather should put it back where the Crossfire was, but bottle free.

Awesome numbers! Are you planning on any exhaust mods?

Nothing noisy, just freer-flowing...

Looks great!

I'd definitely be up for Cat removal or the like, but I don't see a full swap in the cards. I'm too poor and too cheap to throw money at anything unproven these days.

I did buy the parts to create at CAI today for under $45 that aparantly results in an increase of 40 WHP and 40 WTQ. Now that's bang for the buck.

anthony the larger exhaust has been proven on just about every car with a turbo setup. on the porsches gains have seen as much as 50 rwhp . downside is much more noise and drone. find the happy medium and you will be happy with the results.
since your oem exhaust is already mandrel bent and fairly large cat delete may be the best bang for the buck

"Proven" to me is a dyno chart showing the increase or a timeslip. As for the cat removal, I'd be up for that.

You keep that beast away from my car. I don't want it getting butt-hurt.

Does your stock intake suck through a flat vacuum cleaner attachment to?? lol

I thought the crossfire's was bad, until I saw the AMG's lol.

+1 on the cat delete. If 55's get 15 at the wheels from knocking two out I wouldn't even want to know what yours would get Anthony lol.

I talk to this guy Ahmad every now and then, he likes to entertain my theories cause he's crazy and probably already done most of them lol. But have you thought at all about getting rid of the inner light housings and running to there for the intake? It knocks out the highbeams but I guess he was saying it's good for quite a bit of gain...
