I did not exactly know where to put this, racing or other vehicles, here it is.

I was out at the lake house (lake of the Ozarks, MO) last weekend for a crazy speed shootout on the lake. Boat classes from PWC to pontoons to offshore world class racing boats - they hit almost 210MPH this year. They make about a 5 mile idle zone and a 1 mile race course where you are radared at the end. Here are a few pictures, I also have some great videos of some 150MPH+ runs....

One of these days I hope to be at the lake for some racing.

By the way, were you at Baxters anytime during the first week of Aug? I saw an XF there when we went to dinner and it was there for quite a bit of time. Sorry, don't remember which day.

 

I wouldn't be have surprised if Kirk (RIOT) was out there...

I know he used to race boats, though I'm not sure if he does anymore. I think he has had a couple bad crashes.
