Default Thunder on the Strip

Geneva on the Lake Ohio had thier annual bike weekend this past Fri, Sat, and Sun. I don't have a bike but I sure do appreciate some of the finer examples. We went up early Friday evening and I saw a few, thought I would share some pictures. Event got a lot bigger as the weekend went on I'm sure but Friday was the only time we could get there.
The first bike had "Custom built for Nascar Driver Dave Blaney" on the back fender, which is what I was trying to capture but my limited photo skills failed me miserably
I must say the sound of a Harley does get my blood pumping, almost as much as going to the dragstrip

Default Re: Thunder on the Strip

harleys are all noise and no speed or cornering ability lol. rolling couches that leak oil

I have one of their primitive "sport" bikes for my gf to learn on that i bought a few weeks ago, it is a buell (harley). It is extremely primative compared to my Japanese bike but it is not bad in its own quirky little way. it is a 2008 and you literally have to check the oil level every time you fill up with gas. my yamaha on the other hand never needs the oil "topped" off.

There are a few custom bikes out there that look nice though.
