Default www.crossfiremarket.com

Note: it is 100% free for everyone

Hi guys,

As some of you have already seen I have put up a market for us CrossfireMarket . It should be seen as a common market for all clubs, forums and facebook users and thus have a greater reach.

So it would really be appreciated if you got this started and putting the stuff you have up for sale on there. There are 1500-2000 ppl on Facebook and they will get an automatic post with the part you are adding to the listings.

Hope you like it!

/ Philip

Note: it is 100% free for everyone

Thanks xfireon20z for liking it, would be great if it could become a sticky for sure. The more xf owners aware the more parts/vehicles will get listed.

Hello FUBU, I just registered at CrossfireMarket. I was going to list my adjustable front camber bolt kit which is for either an SRT-6 OR an NA Crossfire. FYI - Under the Parts/Accessories category you offer "Parts for SRT-6 or Parts for NA" but no category for both. Many (in fact most) parts are compatible for BOTH an SRT-6 AND an NA. You don't seem to offer that option.

Hi RED DOG,

Thanks for going in and checking it out and for the heads up.
I made that on purpose. The part is actually made for either the NA or the SRT-6, however, when you do a search for i.e. camber bolt, it will come up. It all depends how you filter the search. But if you want to list them in the both categories, feel free to do it. Posting an add takes 10 seconds. Especially if you have gone into your account and setup location, as you then do not need to fill it out everytime.

Thanks again mate!

/ Phil

Very well done.

Hi Bob! Many thanks for the kind words very much appreciated. There are a lot of hours put down to do this so the best reward is when ppl tell me feedback and liking it
In time I hope the crossfiremarket.com will be a great part of the community. It will be a unified market with all vendors + individual listings, making it very easy for crossfire owner.

Take care my friend!

So I went to the CrossfireMarket to give it a try.
PROS: FREE
CONS: 1) doesn't have common category - has to be under either NA or SRT-6 even though there are plenty of common parts. 2) pictures have 1MB limit which makes it cumbersome to list since now you have to edit pictures. 3) the listings have to be approved by the administrators which takes a while

Hi thanks Snpiee for checking it out. Here are some comments:

PROS:
1. A lot of vendor products from EC, NW, LM21, Stickers and more that is good for new users / existing users to find easily in one spot.
2. Contact is direct between user and buyer, user / vendor
3. Search function
4. Reaches instgram users, fb users and forum users

Comment to your CONS:

No Common category:
The categories present are "Parts/accessories, "SRT-6 parts" and "NA parts".

Then in each ad you put in, you choose:

Compatibility: NA only, SRT-6 only or both
Condition: used / new
Shipping: local, worldwide, europe, usa

This is also searchable / filterable

1 mb limit on photos

Yes, this is a con but also to prevent that the server gets filled. already have 400 ads x HD picture quality of 4 mb .. so it will swamp performance and storage.
I am adding a photo resizer on the fly so it will be taken cared of in future.

Listings have to be approved
I think this is a good thing. I check the ads thoroughly to prevent fraud, correctness etc. I have an average of accepting the ads within the hour.

Thanks for feedback and let me know if you have any more hints how we can make it better.

Hey anyone out there know where I can find a driver's side rear side light? Someone side swiped my 2004 crossfire and broke the side light and did minimal (2k) damage to the car. Body shop says they no longer make the part. I have been calling around and that seems to be the case. I have SOLD the car and the kid won't take it if it is not totally fixed. I am desperate and will pay for it myself if anyone knows where I can find one. Body shop and GEICO not helpful at all, telling me too bad. But in VA it won't pass inspection. Car only has 20K miles on it!!! I can't sell it as it is as who would want it. They are going to fix the small dents and replace the tire (a bit bent at rim) and rebalance the tires but what to do about the side light? HELP!!!!

This has now been upgraded so you can add HD photos from an iphone or android telephone.
Works extremely easy and reaches all the Facebook users aswell as the webbrowser users.
