That is a fabulous idea, nightrider. It would be even more telling to have your new president wear such a thing.

I think this is a great idea!!! But would any of them have room for their flag lapel pin?
Corporate person hood is one of my biggest pet peeves in our government. Get rid of that and donation driven elections and you would see a whole new game.

Give credit to Michelle Malkin. She posted that a month ago.

Dwight, I'm surprised you haven't challenged the originality of Rush's post

Oh, he'll get around to it. It's always at the top of his bag-o-bullcrap.
Who is Michelle Malkin?

No he won't. Neocons now allow free quoting without attribution. The idea is that if everyone has the same idea it's like the brave folks in Tehran ... not like sheep in Stepford.

Michelle Malkin is the Asian American version of Ann Coulter, only she is alleged to rock the occasional bikini.

Ok, now I remember her. The little Asian twit. Her and Ann are probably bumping uglies anyway.

Funny, though I cannot find anything linking her to the original thought. It's on her web site only as a comment by a reader who states that he/she wished they'd have thought of it?

Sorry to see that your band of two brothers, hey-sus and rush, is so easily annoyed. If one humble person is allowed to trample your liberal feelings, shouldn't he be reported to your ACLU? I'd hate to see the two of you go on so obsessed and distracted. More to follow.

Regards.

Anyway, nightrider, I think the wearing-of-colors by our legislative gangs is a wonderful concept, including the god father himself. Would he display ACORN across the back, down the sleeve, or split across the chest by a big shiny button?

If you were indeed "humble", I wouldn't feel the need to take jabs at you. Your tough guy act rubs me the wrong way. Your being full of crap is but a minor annoyance, and just speaks to your charcter.
